The only way to attend Deep Dive with Umphrey's McGee is by purchasing one of the packages on this site. Individual concert tickets will not be available. Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable. It is recommended that you explore the option of purchasing Travel Insurance.
All packages include:
3 or 4 All-Inclusive Nights at Moon Palace Cancún.
All 3-Night packages check in on Friday, May 1st, 2026
All 4-Night packages check in on Thursday, April 30th, 2026
Unlimited food and drinks (including alcoholic beverages for adults 18+) and 24-hour room service.
Welcome Set with Omega Moos and UM Acoustic Singalong will take place on Thursday.
Admission into the venue each show night.
Access to all music takeover event spaces, including pool and late-night sets.
Airport transportation to and from the resort in exclusive event shuttles.
